Here's where common sense and dream vacations come together. While buying timeshares in the resale market is fun and easy, there are a number of things to be considered.

INFORMATION ON THIS SITE

While we deem that our information is accurate and our sources reliable, there is no way for us to completely guarantee it. Believe me, we are very sensitive to this and we ask each of you to take the time to research the properties until you are completely satisfied before buying. We will gladly answer your questions as best we can and assist you to find any additional information.

RESCISSION PERIOD

Because we believe in the value of our product, we give our customers a period of seven days to confirm their decision. If for any reason you have doubts, PLEASE call us! Doubts are usually caused by lack of information, budgeting difficulties or the simple fact that the property is wrong for you. Our Vacationeers want you to make the right decision, not the wrong purchase. In most cases, discussing your concerns will clear up the difficulty and all will end well.

EACH IS UNIQUE

There are thousands of different timeshare organizations, located in hundreds of different regions and foreign countries. Each timeshare comes with its own rules and regulations, seasons of use, forms of ownership, county, state and national laws, languages, currencies and idiosyncrasies. Each is unique!

Add yourself to the mix. You, our customer, have your own set of needs, interests, expectations and vacation dreams. Each of you are unique!

It is our job to bring this complex potpourri together in a synchronized, cohesive, timely and enjoyable experience. It can be at times a dauntless, frustrating and agonizing job. Sometimes days turn into weeks and weeks into months. Please understand this: Just as each timeshare resale purchase is unique, so is the transfer process. In exchange for your patience, we will keep you well informed on the process and we will deliver to you a quality vacation experience. One that you can enjoy for many years!

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We handle as many as two thousand transactions per month. We're far from perfect, but we try. At times, though they be rare, we make mistakes. If this happens, let me apologize now. But let me also assure you that we will correct our mistakes, as best we can, and make it better.

SPIRIT VERSUS THE LAW

Any contract to purchase is just so many words on paper. Those words intend to legally bind us and reflect the spirit of our mutual consent. Where they do not, we would rather error on the side of spirit and retain a good customer than a bad agreement.
