Cabarete is located on the North Coast of the island and is an active little resort town located on the ocean. It is known for its world class windsurfing, kite boarding and surfing. The beach is beautiful and as you walk along marveling at the hundreds of kite boarders creating their colorful display in the sky, you will find quaint little shops and wonderful open air restaurants right along the beach.
