What is a Certified Pre-Owned Timeshare?

Unlike most timeshare resellers, Holiday Group owns all the timeshares we have in stock. Before our timeshares are made available to you, they endure a in-depth, 40 point certification process. Only those units that can be certified are made available for sale.

What do we check?

Each and every timeshare that passes through our doors gets an average of 33 person-hours of research. Which includes:

• Unit details, Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen size and amenities
• Type of Membership, weeks or points available and next usage.
• Membership Season and if Floating time
• Check in Day and Time
• Membership benefits and dues,
• Resort Affilliation, Rating and if the resort is in good-standing with RCI or Interval International
• Transfer fees, pending special assessments, local, state and federal tax obligations
• Legal Status, Divorce decrees satisfied, Estate obligations completed
• Clear title and free of Liens or Encumbrances
