Canaltime at Union Wharf Timeshare Resales
Life is but a breeze when you travel through the English countryside of woods, water, meadows and farm lands on your own narrowboat, which you'll gently navigate through Britain's canal system. Stop along the way for a meal in a pub, shop in the town markets or explore some of the historic sites. Bring bicycles along and take a little side trip along many of the country lanes that cross the canal. Bring your clubs and play the local courses or try your luck angling. Boats accommodate 4 or 6 people and travel 2-4 mph. You'll need two fit people to help navigate the vessels. Cruise from Union Wharf for 6 miles to Grand Union, from where you can travel north towards Leicester or south through Foxton Locks. The attractive market town of Market Harborough is within an easy walking distance from Union Wharf. Whether you want to cruise through the waterways or relax in a canal basin, this is a wonderful way to slow down and enjoy the company of your friends and family.
