Transfer your timeshare to Holiday!

Please fill out the information below as accurately as possible since not all timeshares are qualified for this transfer program. We will review this initial survey and contact you if your timeshare qualifies. (Please see the requirements below)

The following Requirements must be met in order to qualify for transfer:

• The resort and season are acceptable for the program.
• Current calendar year maintenance & tax fees are paid.
• Any and all special assessments, taxes and fees are paid.
• If you have an RCI Points membership, you will transfer your said membership to the buyer.
