"We were very unhappy with a resort, where we owned a studio. We really liked the resort and wanted to stay, but not in the building where our studio was located.

Brenda found a reasonably priced two bedroom in the same resort, so we decided to buy it and exchange our existing studio

When all was signed, sealed and delivered, we found out just before we left for our vacation, much to our chagrin, that our 2 bedroom unit was in the building we were trying to get out of!

Not too happy, we called Brenda and explained the problem, figuring we were stuck.

WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Holiday upgraded our unit for that week, which was a cost to them. Then they negotiated a trade for another unit at the same resort. Later, we bought yet another week at the same resort from Holiday!
